Debaters who have a strong grasp on flowing technique are debaters who gain winning ballots. Debaters are tasked with the daunting responsibility of capturing, recording and retaining information as it "flows" through the round. The best debaters are those who create and execute a flowing method that puts them on the top of the round and shows the judge they are in control.

Rachel Blum is one of the NCFCA's all stars. Team-Policy Finalist in 2006 and Lincoln-Douglas Title Champion in 2005, Rachel holds over 70 titles in her NCFCA career, 14 of which are national titles. She currently competes on Patrick Henry College's Moot Court Team.

The Flow Pro System is Rachel's system for organizing the flow of a debate round, one that has been perfected over several years of successful competition. This system consists of structured recording of the information that pours from her opponents, retrieving the prepared briefs from her research, gathering the information for an impromptu speech, and delivering her speech for punctuality and persuasion.
